Introduction

"Seva" means selfless service in Sanskrit (An Ancient Language), "Sevas Educational Society" is established on August 4th, 2006 at Komatipalli, a remote village near Visakhapatnam, South India. The society aims at the development of villages by educating people in various fields like biotechnology, bioinformatics etc....

The society has placed various guidelines regarding the installation of four small-scale industries i.e. Biodiesel, Bioinsecticides, Biofertilizers and Spirulina production in the website (See Services).

The society has also placed 35 Design related thesis in website, for the development of the students studying in Biotechnology and as well as for the small-scale industries located near villages (which cannot afford funds to design consultancy).

SEVAS has started an online correspondence course in Bioinformatics and in other advanced fields (With minimum or No Fee). The society encourages research in bioinformatics, computational biology, advanced mathematical modeling (Fuzzy Logics, Neural Networks etc...) and also provides a free consultancy service on related topics to the professionals working in and around villages.

More over the society has also started a consultancy service to farmers in crop plantation and pest eradication aspects with international agro university facilities alike many services can be availed by any individual with free online registration.
